- MMMike4 days ago1.0This location is one of the worsts, no exaggeration. All the teenagers have no vocabulary. They speak to you like you don’t know anything. The food quality sucked so bad. Idk how you burn rice. I also had to wait 30 minutes for my food to be made after ordering from the app. This place is so unorganized I’m not sure who the manager is but they have to be uneducated to think this is a smooth operation.

I would honestly come back just because of him. The best part of any place is feeling welcomed, and Ryan definitely delivered that. He said he just started, but he already works like a pro. Wow!

The other two were just preparing chips into small bags… laughing and chatting not helping with the line at all. If they aren’t trained in food prep or something then someone needs to be engaging with customers explaining and apologizing for the wait just to dispel any misunderstandings. They just kept looking up at the line (growing line mind you..) then looking at their fellow employee being drowned in the orders and chuckling and giggling. They are completely oblivious to how that appears to an on looker.
