Their standard steak is usually mostly inedible fatty chunks or dry as leather, which is unacceptable for how much they charge for it. Their rice has a propensity to be tough or sometimes crunchy, and they never seem to manage demand very well. The amount of time I've come in and they tell me I have to wait because something is empty is just painful. It's so hard to find fast food that isn't fried, so I really want to give Chipotle a better review, but removing the only decent protein option + issues with other food being overcooked, burnt, or crunchy just makes it hard. At least their staff is usually pretty nice.
