  If you're looking for tasty Indian cuisine, Chef Vijay Deokar's restaurant is a must-try. The menu offers plenty of options for vegetarians and those on gluten-free diets. We ordered the Paneer Shashik Tikka, Palak Paneer Royale, Masala Dosa, and Rice Idli, and everything was delicious. The Palak Paneer was especially outstanding—it's the best I've tasted in Las Vegas, very fresh and flavorful. Chef Deokar and his team were exceptionally warm and attentive, making the experience even better. My only disappointment is that I didn’t discover this place sooner. We’ll be returning!

  Great food for the price, friendly service and good vibes. Loved their Bombay—all our curries came out richly flavored with tender meats, definitely recommend

  I walked out of my massage… still soft, still floating a little… and that’s when it hit me. This warm, spicy aroma just wrapped itself around me. Not loud. Not aggressive. Just… there. Calling me. I literally paused. And then I started following it. I felt like a dog on a scent trail, gently turning corners, breathing in deeper with every step, letting my nose guide me. And then I found it. This little hidden gem. The moment I pushed the door open, the world slowed down. Deep reds. Rich burgundies. A rustic warmth that didn’t feel accidental. It felt intentional. Like every detail had been placed there on purpose. The space held you. It was cozy without being crowded. Warm without trying too hard. And the service matched that energy. My waiter was so kind. So attentive. He didn’t rush me. He walked me through the menu carefully, helping me find something safe for my dairy allergy. I felt seen. Considered. And then the food came. And I knew… this is what I had been chasing. The sauce was made with coconut milk, so velvety and rich it almost shimmered. Tiny matchsticks of fresh ginger catching the light. A scatter of bright coriander resting on top. That deep, woody hum of star anise underneath it all. And this gentle zesty kick that just… woke everything up. The chicken was so tender it practically melted before I even had to chew. I wasn’t expecting it to be that good. But it was. I kept catching myself saying “ummmm” with every bite. Each scoop felt like a warm hug. The kind you sink into. The kind you don’t want to end. And while I was sitting there, savoring every mouthful, a few Indian families walked in. And I smiled. Because I knew. I found it. The authentic Indian restaurant. If you’re looking for authentic, delicious Indian food… this is the spot.

  Chaska is an amazing find outside of Vegas! The food is some of the best Indian we have found in the city (with the most amazing tandoori chicken)! The waiters are always so kind and chef vijay deokar makes sure you have only the most perfect food. Always looking forward to another stop at Chaska, can’t recommend enough!

  The food is so good! had the yellow moog dal and samosas all very good. I ordered pickup. When I went the guy was very dismissive and told me it want ready yet though the time was exactly when they told me to pick up. I didn't mind waiting but I felt ignored and had to wait another 15 min past the order pick up time I was told. Another pick up order customer came in and I think that's what sped up me getting my order. Service was unfortunate since the food would have me go back in a heartbeat.
