Visited this place twice during my Vegas trip.
First visit (dinner) was really good. We ordered dal makhani, bhuna goat, and garlic naan — all were flavorful and well cooked. Definitely enjoyed this meal.
Second visit, we ordered two lamb biryanis. The biryani was okay, not bad but not as good as the dinner dishes from the first visit.
The seating and ambience are nice and comfortable, which makes the experience pleasant overall.
Good place for Indian food, especially for curries and naan.

While visiting Las Vegas, we had the pleasure of dining at Chaska Indian Restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Chef Vijay Dave and Chef Ram are truly outstanding — not only for their culinary talent, but for the warmth, care, and pride they bring to every detail. The food was phenomenal: authentic flavors, beautifully balanced spices, and consistently high quality across every dish. You can genuinely taste the passion behind the cooking.
A special mention to Allu and Partha for their attentive, friendly service — they made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout the meal. And don’t miss the coffee — a perfect finish that reflects the same thoughtfulness and quality as the food.
Five stars all around for incredible cuisine, heartfelt hospitality, and a team that clearly loves what they do. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back.

Chaska Indian Restaurant in Las Vegas delivers bold, comforting flavors that hit the mark, especially if you’re craving classic North Indian street-style dishes. The food was tasty, well-spiced, and satisfying across the board, from the pav bhaji and chole bhature to the Indo-Chinese options, all served hot and flavorful. While the quality and taste were definitely up to standard, portion sizes could be more generous for the price. The staff appeared a bit overworked, so minor delays are possible during busy times, but overall the food makes up for it and the experience remains enjoyable for authentic, no-nonsense Indian comfort food.

Service was very slow. Took more than 30 mins to serve us food after we were seated. Some people even left the restaurant as they could not be seated.
The food was mediocre at best for the price they charged. Rice was served cold and was not soft to the bite. Felt like a day old rice. The chole in chole bhature had no spice flavors. It was just plain salted and it just tasted bad.
The chas drink wasn’t that great either. It was a bit too salty, which ruined the taste.
I hope the restaurant takes note of these issues and improves their service and food. Honestly not worth the wait or the drive as it is right now.

If you’re here during the holiday season (Dec 2025), I’d say don’t even bother to waste your time coming to this restaurant; you’ll go back starving. Despite of plenty of tables being vacant, it took a while to get seated. Even getting water for the table took forever. We started with papdi chaat and samosa chat. Papdi chaat came with a few puris, yoghurt, mint-tamarind chutneys and a 5-6 pieces of tomatoes and ONLY TWO PURIS CONTAINED POTATO STUFFING (2-3 pieces each). Samosa chaat tasted just okayish, not the way we’ve had it here in the past. We wanted to order more food - rice and dal makhani to be precise, but the waitress (Laura) tells us, it’s going to take long because they had just seated 16 people group. When complained about the whole ordeal, waitress just kept saying sorry and blaming Chef Ram being rude.
Unfortunately, because of this mismanagement we (including my son) had to leave the restaurant starving. We did end up paying full price for the mediocre experience and wasted our time.
We’ve been to this restaurant multiple times in the past and never had such issue.
