We decided on Chart House due to them having a fish tank that might appease our 3 year old during dinner. They were able to accommodate our request and sat us close to the tank. This was also a birthday celebration for myself, so we had high hopes of a very nice dinner. Service was good for the most part, we did notice less attention once our food was served. Husband had the steak and I had the miso sake black cod. Steak was cooked to order. The cod needed a starch so had to order the furikake rice on the side, which I feel should have came with the course to balance the soy sauce. The waitress mentioned "something special" for my birthday when we first sat down, but there were no surprise deserts or anything that made it a special evening. I've dined at 5 star restaurants for my birthday and at least got a piece of chocolate (not trying to sound like a Karen). Overall is was good, nothing exceptional.

Came here with my cousin and she gets the 50% off for employees and a few guests. Food was very delicious and fresh. Calamari was cooked perfectly, not rubbery and still light and crispy. I had the lobster bisque and coconut shrimp, extremely fresh and good. The price is higher than your sports bar, but you are in Vegas and it is very good portion sizes as well to cover somewhat of the cost. Highly Recommend if you are going to impress or splurge.

Reserved a table during my trip to Las Vegas, and would definitely dine here again. Had the Chilean Sea Bass and it was cooked to perfection! The spinach salad with warm bacon dressing was one of the best I've ever eaten. The only thing better than the meal was the service...Jamie was an AMAZING server...attentive, friendly, funny, and informative. Visit the Chart House next time you're in Vegas...you won't be disappointed.
