I paid for the order and received my confirmation email with all the order information and payment confirmation and my confirmation number. When I arrived, they told me they did not have the order. I verified the address, showed them my confirmation email on my phone and still, they refused to help. One young lady asked me to wait perhaps the order was slow to post. Time went on and I finally had to flag someone down. I can only guess the person who came up to the counter was the manager as she was the one cooking and giving instruction to the others. She told me rudely and in a very unprofessional tone that she would not make the order if it was not on her board. I offered to show her the email, and she seemed disinterested. So I replied, if I am not leaving with my food order, than I need a refund. She told me to go to the website and cancel it. When I asked for help with that she refused and walk away. I called my bank to dispute the charge. My next call is to the Better Business Bureau. This Restaurant chain is definitely off my list.
