I thought I made good carnitas at home, but they take a very traditional and purist approach and do such an amazing job cooking the pork skin that I feel left in the dust. This is definitely a place you should visit in Vegas.

The food was excellent. The chef was just nominated for a James Beard award so I was very excited to eat here and it did not disappoint. We had the birria and waygu short rib. Both so flavorful and tender. Also want crazy and got the churros and Ricky was gracious to present us with the new pumpkin dessert on the menu. Both were so delicious. The entire experience was one of the best we’ve ever had in Begas. Highly recommend. .

We have been to countless restaurants in Vegas with a wide range of service and culinary experiences. Truthfully Vegas, regardless of price point, can be hit and miss in my opinion. This was some of the best food and far and away best service we have had in Las Vegas. DJ’s engaging personality, knowledge of the menu, and spectacular service left a memorable impression. He is far and away the best server we have had the pleasure of dining with in Vegas.
