Our waitress, Samantha N., was incredibly sympathetic, compassionate, and professional in how she handled the situation. She immediately notified the manager, who came over right away to apologize and address the concern. We truly appreciated how quickly and respectfully it was handled, including a discount on our total bill. I also want to mention that the food was excellent and the service was outstanding. I want to thank the entire team so much for their professionalism and for making sure we were taken care of. Samantha N. went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and her professionalism truly stood out.

The waitress came took our drink orders came back took our food orders which we both ordered the same thing and we ordered different dressings on our salads. Our salads came my husband had his correct dressing. My dressing was nonexistent. I asked for a side of creamy Parmesan dressing, which I had originally asked for my salad our entrées came a few moments later they were terrible. My husband had six shrimp in his pasta dish. I had four shrimp on my entree the sauce was tasteless. The pasta noodles tasted like cardboard. I asked the waitress for some cheese. She brought me the cheese that did not help. I poured the olive oil from the bread or my pasta. It still did not help. It was terrible service. Your tables are all scratched up no table cloths on there like your sister restaurant Bonefish Also when she finally brought our check and we gave her the credit card when she returned, I looked at the credit card and the receipt they did not belong to us. I have been to other Carrabba’s and other states specifically New Jersey this was the worst experience I had ever had, and I will never go back to Carrabba‘s again with a awful excuse for Service and Food

Jasmine did a great job with taking our order. She is very thorough and pays attention to detail. She is extremely knowledgeable and definitely management material.
