  Just had a top tier dining experience at Café Hollywood. What initially drew me to the restaurant was that it appeared to have the most reasonably priced food on the strip. But what impressed me the most was our waiter, Gordon. I was absolutely blown away by the wonderful customer care given by Gordon. Not only was he knowledgeable about the menu and able to answer all of my questions, but he was also so attentive, filling my water 4 or 5 times, immediately after or even before I finished the previous glass. I told him the three dishes I was debating between, and he helped me decide on the blacked chicken pasta. He recommended the best addition: chopped asparagus for a delightful crunch that truly elevated the dish. I enjoyed the hot fresh creamy pasta with a hand-dipped chocolate milkshake, a delightful hot and cold, fresh meal. I spoke with Mary Joy, the manager, on the way out, to give kudos to Gordon and the kitchen for the exceptional experience, both because of the delicious quality of affordable food and because of the excellent caliber of service. I cannot recommend this establishment enough. We came in around 10:30 PM tonight (a Friday), and it wasn’t too busy. Thanks again for the great food and service! :) by the way, in case the username throws you off, I think the restaurant staff will recognize who I am despite being on a google account with a different name (I was wearing a flowery dress)! I will FOR SURE be back!

  Love the decor, away from the din if the Casino. Our waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. Service was prompt. We were there late night but ordered the Steak and Eggs from the all day breakfast menu. The steak was a good size and cooked to medium rare perfection. One of the best meals I had in a 5 day stay in Vegas. The added bonus was that the prices were not crazy high like most are in Vegas! Highly Recommend!

  Dennys type food and flavor at Casino prices. They are very busy, and understaffed. Drinks don’t come out till 15 minutes later. Staff never had a chance to ask how the meal was, or if we needed refills. I think the random lady asking us to take our photos, came by three times during the meal. She checked on us more than the server. Just to get the check and pay, took 30 minutes. This place is a waste of time. Staff is overworked.

  I went to restaurant called cafe Hollywood with my friends (three people)I am a asian I felt like racism in the restaurant. A waitress served poor service .she didnt served only one cup of water for three person table and i asked more cups of water(should i have to ask for water?) Then she brought another one cup of water then i asked for another a cup of water. i believe she knew we were a three person party. She refill coffee on other two tables more than three times righ next me but our table. Without asking but never asked us (A small cup of coffee for almost 5 bucks) And when i pay my bill by cash. She asked me that you need change ( the changes 15 bucks)sound like the 15 bucks change will be tips for her.

  I ate at Cafe Hollywood inside Planet Hollywood during my stay, and the location is extremely convenient. The menu is large with plenty of options, and when I came for breakfast it was not very busy, which was nice. My server, Shandy, was friendly and checked on me often. I ordered the strawberry pancakes and a cappuccino. Both were okay with basic flavor and simple presentation. Nothing special, but not bad either. The reason I am leaving this review is mainly because of the service experience. My bill was $31. I gave Shandy my Caesars Rewards card and a $50 bill. She said she did not need the rewards card, which I thought was a little strange, but I planned to tell her to keep the change as a tip because she did a great job. She never came back with my change. I waited about 15 minutes and eventually left. The money was meant for her, so I am not upset about that. I was just surprised that she never returned to close out the transaction. Overall, the food was average, the location is convenient, and the service was friendly. The experience was fine, but the checkout situation was unexpected and left me a bit confused. I’ll be paying with credit card next time.
