Great food, but terrible service today. They brought the check while we were still eating and never came back, not even to ask if we had rewards points. That’s not good service. I wouldn’t recommend leaving a tip when they treat customers this way.

I came here, on my BIRTHDAY, and receivwd the WORST customer service ive EVER experienced at a buffo wild wings EVER.
Ive spent hundreds of dollars at this establishment, and this rude waitress named Jamie ruined my entire day!
I have spent hundreds of dollars at this establishment, brought multiple guests and have tipped well everytime to all of the wonderful staff here. They need to fire her EXPEDITIOUSLY, she is a poison to this great location!

Worst night. Wings were good but wedges were terrible. When we got the bill the waitress kept hinting for us to leave. She even asked a co-worker to keep an eye, thinking we were going to skate on the bill. Highly disappointed by the treatment.

Our service was great. We love the pick 6 deal going on right now. Also the Thursday half time $4 select apps and BoGO boneless wings are nice to. A little loud cause of 2 major games going on but it was great food.

I went to Buffalo wild wings today to pick up a takeout order. I stood and waited for about three minutes before I saw Two employees standing in front of me, kind of off to the side talking to each other. I eventually approached them and asked where I pick up takeout orders. One of the young men told me that he would send someone to me and to “please go back to where I was standing”. I watched the two talk for about 3 to 5 more minutes from where I was standing. The young man had not sent anyone to the front to help me. He continued his conversation with his pal. And then eventually he came over to the front and asked me what my takeout order was. As if I hadn’t been waiting for him and watch him chat while ignoring. I then told him what the order was, and he handed it to me. It looked to me like him, completing that conversation with his associate was more important than helping the two Customers that were waiting for his assistance. He was very rude.
I am a LasVegas local. This is unacceptable guest service, especially on LasVegas Boulevard.
