  We went to Buffalo Wild Wings tonight simply to have dinner, not to watch the fight. At the door we were told we had to pay $10 per person just to enter because there was a fight on. No option to just eat. No flexibility. Nothing. Charging customers an entry fee when they only want food is ridiculous. We were basically turned away unless we paid. That’s not how you treat regular guests who just want wings and a beer. Very disappointing experience.

  Went there last night to pick up uber order and they had no of at the to go counter they had 3 of us standing there nobody greeted us the bartender kept staring at us and never told us to come to the bar then finally an Asian woman came and said to go orders are at the bar and one customer told her how long we were waiting and she shrugged it off with like an oh well attitude unacceptable horrible customer service

  Ordered to go walked across the street and they was completely cold drenched in sauce Asked for sauce on side. I asked for extra extra crispy and they were not done the way I asked him and explained. Business was also slow barely any customers ruined wings they are called Buffalo Wild Wings and mess up WINGS !!!

  I want to specifically shout out Arlene. The bartender during our visit. She was so outgoing, service on point. She made our visit amazing. Food was amazing and Arlene made it worth it. Visit this BWW location. Can’t wait to come back soon

  Great food atmosphere is awesome but the lack of servers and host is just ridiculous. It's Buffalo wild wings I understand it's game day but you would imagine this place is bred for days like this! I got here at 1:41 p.m. it is exactly 157 p.m. and I'm still waiting to talk to anybody that works here to be seated! Being on the Las Vegas strip I would imagine this Buffalo wild wings would be setting the tone for all the other ones around the United States. Completely wrong on that one! If You don't mind watching everyone else Drink ice cold beer eating food while you stand and watch the game for 20 minutes this is the place for you
