She said they'd start service immediately. I sat there for 10+ mins, nobody showed up (4-5 people were sitting around). I just left. Seriously?????

He made our Christmas out a really pleasant one. I eat at Buca so often that I regularly get coupon offers. This time was no different, except that the promotion arrived late and I was not sure that I would be able to use it. I told Tim and I expected him to say that it could not be honored but, he told me that he spoke with his manager and that they would be happy to honor it. I was very surprised! Please commend and recognize Tim for his great service. We have been here many times and have never been disappointed. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

With just a small piece of meat and one side choice but without the usual potatoes, rice or other this is like ordering a la carte while paying for a normal meal. While tasty, you'll not fill up while paying for a complete meal.
