This place used to be great but I was in shock today with the quality of the food, the service, and the restrooms were totally trashed. I have no idea what happened with this place.

We go here often however this time we had company in town and was embarrassed . The mens bathroom was closed down so they had to use the family bathroom and it was totally disgusting . Filthy , toiltet paper everywhere and soap dish broken off the wall and sitting on the sink. Food was good. They raised the prices

We had a lovely dinner at Brio Italian Grill, Town Square Las Vegas. The soup, calamari, and pasta dishes were all delicious. Our spaghetti and pasta arrived a bit later, but what truly made the evening unforgettable was the kindness of Ms. Fenny. She handled everything with such grace and professionalism, even insisted on not charging us for the delay, saying that our time was more valuable. It was one of the most thoughtful and elegant gestures we have ever experienced at any restaurant. Thank you, Ms. Fenny, for your genuine kindness and hospitality, you made our night truly special ☺️👏👏👏

It was our first time at this restaurant, and everything we tried — the soup, calamari, and pasta — was absolutely delicious. Our pasta arrived a bit late, but the restaurant manager, Ms. Feny, kindly didn’t charge us for the meal. We truly appreciate her elegant and thoughtful gesture. This was one of the classiest acts we’ve ever experienced, and we’ll never forget this place!

Dinner last night 10/27/25 with good friends, 4 of us, and it was absolutely delicious!! Our server Julio took good care of us without hovering. My husband & I dined often at the Tivoli location; so disappointed when it closed! Our shared appetizers: Shrimp & Eggplant, Calamari & 3 Grilled Lamb Chips all perfect (Calamari dipping sauces should be larger portions tho as they used to be!). Entrees: Grilled Salmon with Asparagus & Red Peppers, Ricotta filled Pasta yummy Vodka Sauce with added Meatballs, Grilled Salmon Salad, Beef Tenderloin Salad….each was excellent!! We shared the Bread Pudding Anglaise with Vanilla Ice Cream also very good. The Molten Chocolate Cake was different than expected wouldn’t order it again. The noise level a bit high the 1st hour when it was busier, maybe due to high ceilings? The restaurant is beautiful! We enjoyed everything so much. So pleased the food quality hasn’t changed and the menu had some nice selections added from when we frequented the Tivoli location. We look forward to dining at Brio Town Square again soon
