My family and I had reservations for Christmas dinner. The restaurant was very busy. We sat down at our table within a few minutes of our reservation time. Food was tasty but our server had to go back and forth several times to the kitchen because one of our orders was wrong and we did not receive a dinner entree. All in all, it was a good experience. There was a photographer offering pictures of your party for a price. It was a nice memento to capture the evening. I will be going back for future occasions.

I’ve been going to this restaurant for awhile now and used to love it. Great food and service at an affordable price. In 2018 we had our dinner there for my wedding party and it was great. Now, that all has changed. The bread used to be fresh sour dough and it’s now sub par bread. Not sure if it’s French bread but there is no taste. The dishes are now smaller and the service remains the same. I used to take my family of 4 here for around $100. This last trip was the same with some minor disappointments and I paid $193. The value is no longer there. If you want great Italian food, there are other restaurants that won’t ransack your wallet. They advertise “Happy Hour” but that’s only at the bar which they refuse to mention until you’re already there and seated. This place used to be great and is no longer that. As someone who supported this restaurant for years, I will no longer be going here. Your money is their bottom line, not the experience.

I got it via door dash. I was not expecting it to be good as an order to go and by how it looked when I open it up. However, I am sooooo wrong that it is sooooo good. I ended up ordering it two nights in a row!

I can't say I enjoyed my experience here at the Brio Italian Grille... but it wasn't a bad experience either. Staff weren't great, but they brought us food 🤷 the food was mediocre at best. I definitely would not return. It was certainly not to my liking. The atmosphere was cold and "dusty" feeling to me. There's no parking for here specifically, but plenty of parking at the larger lots... you just walk through the center. We used Google maps to guide us on in. I can not recommend, I'll say it's likely a situation of "to each their own..." I didn't take any photos, and I guess that says a lot about the atmosphere.

We hosted our 60 person rehearsal dinner for our wedding at Brio in October 2025 and we are still talking about how great of an experience we had to this day! The staff at this location went above and beyond to make sure our guests had an amazing experience. We were originally supposed to host our event on the patio, however the day was particularly windy and the team called to see if we would like to move it inside, easily making a quick pivot to their sectioned off interior event space. We also had a few folks want to make speeches and when we asked where they thought we should do this, the staff went out of their way to find us a microphone to help amplify our speakers voices in the room! The food was great and we liked that our guests could choose their own entrees during the event. Highly recommend hosting your event at Brio!
