The head chef came out and apologized for the crab cakes and offered us dessert on them. We don't eat dessert. They should have noticed that I had a beer and my wife a glass of wine. They should have given us at least ONE of those instead of a free desert. Not good customer service. It seemed like an upscale Denny's. We would have enjoyed Yard House so much more and spent about the same - with 2 beverages each. Very disappointing. Bonefish - get you act together or you won't be around there much longer.

We also had some sort of breaded chicken and breaded shrimp (as appetizers) as well as a cheese concoction. The men's restroom was spotless! I was very happy about that. Even though one of the urinals was out of service, the other one and the toilet in the toilet closet were both fully functional. Our server in the party room was Nick! He was very affable and accommodating. He displayed great strength and patience to assist with all of our needs. Finally, I would be remiss if I did not talk about the food! I ordered the sea bass which was absolutely delectable and delicious. You should absolutely order that if you come to Bonefish in the future! I'll return again.
