Tonight was my first time eating at Bojangles. The staff was very professional and took great care of me. I want to give an extra shout-out to Makayla for taking extra care of me. She made sure I got my order and was very very professional. And it was her Birthday this day she deserves Kudos and praise for her exemplary work. Also Cell and Dee made me feel at home and even offered to help me to my car with my food. I definitely give them five stars on there professionalism. This was my first visit and because of them it won't be my last. I didn't get the GM's name but she was also very professional. Just off of the great service from them I will definitely be back. Great service and great personalities as well. Also Makayla Needs to be rewarded for her great attitude she is the main reason I had a great experience. But really Kudos to the entire Team for being so professional!!!!

I came in this morning for breakfast for myself and and my co workers. Needless to say. My car wouldn't start. So I went back in and asked to speak to the manager. Mr. Jay told the cashier to tell me he didn't have to talk to me very loudly and disrespectful. So the cashier who was very nice. Got the other manager for me. She was nice. She said it was ok. To leave and go to work and not let my car get towed. Mr Jay let me know. He doesn't own the property and that's not on him. Which I understand. But the nasty attitude he was very ugly and disrespectful. I didn't go to work I stayed and got my car home. As a local. That really made me feel sad. An manager so rude. And the don't care attitude 🙄 was sad. I work in customer service. I enjoy my work. Also the cashier and the other manager was very nice. But will not go back there. Jay should be fired. He's going to run off the customer. Bad customer Service.

My first time at a Bojangles. It was recommended by a friend and when I saw it freshly opened, three weeks, I decided to try their chicken strips. I’ve tried chicken strips from nearly all fast food restaurants. These are best with the honey packets, but it can get sticky. They are hand breaded and excess is shaken off. The crunch is nice and it won’t tear your skin apart inside of your mouth. The batter has a pepper kick to it similar to Jollibee. The biscuit in my 3 piece chicken tenders non combo, was nearly identical to KFC’s biscuits. I’m rating the service lower here because a chicken strip was not included in my meal. I went back the next day and they took care of me which was nice. They have a lot of people working there, and are not that busy yet, so hopefully they can figure that out.

Bojangles has opened another location at the corner of Harmon Ave. and Paradise Rd. and it’s awesome! The location is great , very visible and easy accessible from the street ,very busy shopping plaza and unfortunately this location doesn’t have a drive-thru. The restaurant itself is new and extremely clean. It has inside dining area and a bar area ( this is their only location with a bar). The staff were all very nice and even walked around to ask if all guests were well taken care of. Everyone was smiling and happy. We have felt very welcomed and appreciated. The pricing is incredibly reasonable, and the service is top-notch--friendly, efficient, and welcoming. We have ordered a grilled chicken sandwich , chicken tenders and a milkshake. Their signature biscuits were also THE BEST and our favorite, they were warm and fluffy. The grilled chicken sandwich was sooo good and the chicken wasn't dry at all. So much flavor too! The chicken tenders were juicy and the dipping sauces complimented them well. The chicken tenders are hand-breaded and you can taste the difference ,as you'd expect from Bojangles, with that perfect balance of crispiness and seasoning. Their Bo’ berry milkshake is a MUST HAVE!!! So yummy 😋! With its quality food and service, it's no surprise that this location is set to become a staple for the area. Bojangles is definitely worth the visit. Highly recommended for anyone craving that Southern comfort food goodness and in my opinion they are much better than Raising Cane’s . We can’t wait to go back and try their other menu items.

**Bojangles – Las Vegas, NV (Paradise Rd)** **Rating: ⭐** **Title: Toxic Leadership – Glad My Wife Is Out of This Place** I am beyond relieved that my wife is finally away from this "Inhumane" environment. As someone who has walked past and visited this location several times, I can personally testify to the unprofessional and nasty demeanor of the General Manager, Jay. Every single time I saw him, he had a bitter, nasty look on his face. It’s one thing to hear about a bad boss, but it’s another to see it written all over their face every day. The management here is a joke—unprofessional, rude, and they clearly have no idea how to treat people with "Human Warmth." They treated my wife with zero respect despite her 15+ years of leadership experience. If the GM looks that miserable and hostile to customers and passersby, you can only imagine how he treats the staff behind closed doors. Stay away from this location until they get real leaders in there who know how to act like professionals.
