  Very underwhelming. Not impressed with any part of our visit. Dirty tables. Food was average. Customer service was minimal. They charge for a 2nd sauce and if you upgrade your drink, you get 99% ice and a few drops of lemonade.

  First time here definitely not the last. The chicken was so good the flavor was there, the fries were 10/10, the ranch was soo good!! The biscuits were bomb so fluffy and golden. The service was amazing everyone was so nice and welcoming. The restaurant was clean. I would come back 100%.

  Special shout out to Ivan. I ordered a 5 piece combo, and realized after driving off that I only had 4 pieces. I called the store and Ivan offered to remake my combo order in full, and provided an upgrade of the fries with no charge. Thank you for coming through and making things right 🙏🏾

  Tavon was a nice person. He saw me today and told me he lost his job. I figured I would go in and see why. I waited 15 mins for my food and the person at the register was rude. It’s the good people who brings in positive energy that always be let go. I will not be eating there again just because the fired him for something stupid. I mean I come in there and you can tell he was new but they paid more attention to the Mexican managers than him. But you can also tell he knew more. Well Bojangles you lost a customer.
