I kept hearing about this place. It’s all over the internet. People making videos about how good this place is, but it’s not. I’m beyond disappointed. The chicken is nothing special. It’s similar to Cane’s. What really disappointed me was the overhyped blueberry biscuits, or whatever they called them. They’re literally just biscuits with what tastes like frozen blueberries and cinnamon roll icing on them. They’re disgusting.

Warning! If you’ve ever been to a Bojangles before outside of Las Vegas, this is not going to be the same experience. First and foremost, they do not sell regular chicken pieces like most of the other locations. I was told that maybe one day they would but currently There is just chicken tenders, which makes the menu at least for lunch and dinner, no different than raising Cane‘s or it’s Georgia brother Zaxby’s. The chicken was adequate, but nothing special. The Bo-Berry biscuits were also merely adequate, but maybe they would taste better in the morning when they would seem fresher. Also do not be looking for mashed potatoes and gravy at the Las Vegas locations as that is not on the menu either. I was very excited when I saw Bojangles coming and was looking forward to a taste of Home as I am from Georgia. Unfortunately, I was left with a mediocre experience that I would not drive out of my way or make special plans for. Overall, canes has better chicken tenders, Zaxby’s has a better menu and at least Popeyes offers real chicken pieces. Hopefully one day they up their game to be competitive With the other chicken restaurants around them but until then I don’t see a reason to go out of my way.

Really good, great seasoning, food arrived hot, it was door dash delivery. Peach pie was good, fries and chicken were great, had ketchup and bbq with it. Cajan rice was great too. This was best delivery I had in vegas, had other meals delivered in vegas too, and they were cold and wrong. Bojangles did great job. Had fork and napkins too, straw. Really was impressed. Must be a great crew working there, and that bo berry biscuit was amazing. The other biscuit that came with chicken wasn't great, hard. But overall was best delivery for me, out of 5 orders I placed on vacation in vegas ..

I want to give special recognition to Kavaughn, who provided truly exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. His courtesy, attention to detail, and genuine kindness went far beyond expectations. Bojangles is extremely fortunate to have someone like him on their team. Kavaughn didn’t just take our order — he created a memorable experience. His five-star service reflects the highest standard of customer care and absolutely deserves recognition by management. Employees like him are the reason customers return. While this location’s menu differs from the traditional Southern Bojangles found in North Carolina and the Southwest, and doesn’t currently offer some classic items like fried chicken, the overall experience was still enjoyable — largely because of the outstanding service we received. Exceptional service can elevate any meal, and Kavaughn did exactly that. We will definitely be back.

I guess I expect more, but it wasn’t terrible. I was on my way totally different and once I actually seen it I had to stop in. This is about 24 minutes away from where I live and I don’t venture out this far for food. It was after 6 and no line so I was happy about that. I ordered a kids meal with Mac n cheese, a biscuit, and chicken tenders. I was disappointed to see the options were all boneless as I’ve seen in their original locations it’s an option. Chicken was crispy and fresh just a little flavorless. Mac and cheese was not touched after the first bite, I can tell it came out of a bag. The biscuit was the high light of the show. Im mad I didn’t try the blueberry one as the biscuit was so soft and tasty. Of I’m ever back in the area I’ll stop in for another biscuit and try the other options. Building is cute couldn’t tell you about the inside since I didn’t go in, but customer service was nice.
