Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea® and all the classic Southern fixin’s for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All your favorites are only a tap away with the Bojangles app, whether you’re craving chicken tenders, a chicken biscuit or a family meal with a whole lot of everything for everyone.
The chicken & Mac and cheese is top tier, I had the biscuit twice and both time it felt doughy in the middle, fries are well seasoned but also felt under cook in the middle with some of the fries.

First time eating here and the tenders were crispy, but not fresh the fries they just don’t taste good even with the seasoning and maybe because they wasn’t fresh, so overall I won’t be back. Food was not what people say it is. But customer service was excellent

Went here yesterday after a movie to try out BoJangles for the first time. Was greeted upon entry and took a couple of minutes to look over the menu. The gentleman at the register took my order promptly and asked for a name for the order. I gave him my name, took my drink, and sat down. Not 2 minutes later, he was bringing my food to the table.
I had ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal that came with fries (you can choose a different side if you like), a biscuit, and a regular size drink. The chicken was really good. Crispy and well seasoned on the outside, and tender and juicy on the inside. The Bo's sauce (which is horseradish based) went well with both the chicken and the fries (though I would've preferred that it have been refrigerated instead of room temp). The biscuit was the perfect combination of flaky and tender, and didn't dry out my mouth like some do.
All in all, I personally put BoJangles above Cane's (due to the crispy and seasoned coating that stays on the chicken), but below Dave's Hot Chicken (much bigger and juicier tenders with the addition of optional "hotness").

If you don't have biscuits ready and it will take more than 10 minutes before you do. I'd like a heads up, especially in the morning when I am trying to go to work. 5 cars all in the parking lot waiting for the food is crazy. I walk in and everyone is laughing having a good time. I'm sorry but come on guys. Didn't even get my order right after making me late for work.

Second experience with this chain. First time in this location. Its a fairly new store but has been open for a few weeks now.
Lots of little issues.
On the website, I finally saw bone-in chicken. I was very happy about that, then after trying to order, found out it was in another state.
So I downloaded the app. Figured this would be more accurate - wrong.
After 12 minutes trying to order 2 large family meals - it tells me, at the end, at checkout, that order could not be placed due to several reasons ( see photo)
So I goto the physical location and order at counter. The staffer is nice enough. He asked a lot of questions, asking me as if I worked there....
So I tried to order as I tried previously on the app.
I ordered a 20 piece family meal and a 12 piece family meal. I tried to order potato rounds- unavailable so ordered 2x fries, by the time I got home , fries were not good, like they had been overcooked, in parts.
Baked mac n cheese was the only bright spot. Tasty and warm.
The Cole slaw was....not very memorable. It was just there.
The chicken, were also a little tough, like they'd been sitting awhile. Not sure what to say about that. The sauces were decent enough ranch, peach BBQ, creamy buffalo and honey mustard.
I personally did not try the biscuits this time but family said they were ok.
Lastly we do not drink tea so I paid extra for the lemonade, which i was charged for but only after I paid, did they tell me that they only had 2 half gallons of the lemonade, they owed me 3, so I tried to ask for unsweetened tea, they were out so I had to settle for sweetened tea, which nobody in my family drinks
So after spending 150.00 again - for a second experience, I am sorely disappointed...again.
The topper was the entire time I was in store - the manager sat at a booth - playing on her phone. This is at dinner hours, peak service time for restaurants. Even though everyone in the restaurant could hear the staffer telling me they were out of this and that...
Bojangles does not live up to the hype, not in this town. There are local places here that offer a far superior experience for less.
Will I return? The answer is a solid no.
