  Food is great but service is crappy. The general manager is not friendly and it always falls down from the top, unfortunately. Their app needs serious help as you cannot customize anything. The app also offers cheap meals/deals but 80% of the time it will say "not offered at this location" when you go to check out/pay. Not sure why they even have an app as it's completely defunct. The service needs some serious improvements and training as it's sub-par. The employees hate their jobs and it's pretty obvious. The most disgusting part is that I was in the restroom next to an employee who walked right out without washing her hands to go cook some chicken. GROSS. This should not be allowed. Sadly, the employees are just unhappy and they project it onto every one who walks up to order or pick up food.

  First visit to a bojangles was very good. I'll be back for sure. Simple menu, fast service. Pricing was about 22.00 for combo meal.

  Our 1st time eating at this restaurant- and wow! Very friendly service, as soon as I walked in the door. The food was fast & hot. Best fries I’ve ever had hands down! Homestyle fries with the most perfect seasoning, and nice and crispy. The chicken had a nice crunchy coating. And then to top it all off they played 80s music and they had Diet Pepsi! Thank you for a great experience- I’ll be back! 😘

  WOWWW! First time trying Bojangles and i’m amazed. Food great, service greet, quality great, will be trying again. The worker Sydnee was super nice and even showed me how to get a free biscuit by filling out the survey! Will be coming again (to get that free biscuit of course)!

  This place has zero hospitality. The employees are literaly just there for a check, no care for customers. You walk in and they have a bad energy and it feels like yiur not wanted there. I rather go to the bojangles on rainbow much better service and ambiance. And not to mention that both times i went to this establishment on decatur. The soda machines were down. Please get better help. It all starts with managment.
