- MCMaya Crayton5 days ago5.0My husband saw this on our way out to Vegas for a birthday trip. We stopped by before heading home and let me just say this place is so awesome . The games brought back nostalgia of me going to Boys and girls club or your favorite pizza parlor with arcade joystick game in the corner. Staff were so friendly and Jackie was our helper at the register . She was so friendly and helpful. When we got our food it was sooo good. Chicken is juicy, flavorful and doesn’t sit heavy on stomach . My kids loved the atmosphere and their Strawbeery Watermelon Lemonade to wash everything down. Garlic toast was my fav. Everything was just a hit .WE WILL BE BACK . Yall come support BIG CHICKEN! SHAQ did his thing with this!!!

On my sandwich had the audacity to put the tiniest piece of chicken, basically smaller than a chicken nugget. Forgot my extra Mac n cheese and extra sauce. Got extra crispy fries and came out rubbery? Like please! I see why it’s cheap…. Spend the extra few bucks and head to a better spot ….

The fries were fresh and well-seasoned, and the sauce made everything even better. It was busy but the line moved fast and the staff were nice. Solid Vegas quick bite, and worth the stop.

He made the experience feel welcoming. Service was super fast, food was fresh, had a nice little $5 frozen margarita. Restaurant was clean and quiet, my feedback for Shaq is... larger portions lol I can't find anything else to complain about lol. No really it was a good experience and I will go back for sure as well as recommend it for other people to go to also.

I'm real big on customer service as it is hard to come by these days!!! He is definitely an asset to the Big Chicken brand💞 The food was really good too!!! Hadn't had a good chicken sandwich in ages! Oh, but wait.....that salted caramel shake was the bomb (as we would say back in my day😄)!!!!!!! We will be back💖
