My daughter prefers white cake over chocolate cake. I called the store to let them know that they made it with the chocolate cake instead of what I requested. Truthfully I think that they took one that they already had made and just added the happy birthday on there. The person who answered the phone didn't offer any type of coupon or discount or anything for their mistake all I was told was they would inform the staff. Needless to say we will not be ordering any more custom cakes from their location

I decided to go in for a sweet treat about 8:45 on sunday Dec,7 and as i walked in , you could see that they were very busy as there were about 15 people in line. Two very young employees were working and they both simultaneously stated that they were closed. The girl said that the people in front of me is the last and then they are closed. I was confused but left anyway quietly. Then as i was sitting in my car, i noticed a large number of people going in but not coming right back out and being allowed to order. So i decided to go back in. The girl walks up to the counter and starts yelling at me defensively for what i could only assume was the fact she had lied to me. I only stated that i was confused. She continued to yell at me as if i didnt belong there. To alleviate her apparent stressed out behavior i just walked back to the line. When i got up to the counter a young man preceded to help me as i was attempting to pull up my app. I asked for manager info so i can make a statement the girl saw the male employee trying to accommodate this request and told him not to help me then she said they have the right to refuse service to anyone, i said that would apply under reasonable conditions, not a policy to be abused i havent done anything wrong. She said you have to leave or im calling the cops. I said what did i do she said you are disturbing the other customers. This was so bizarre as there were only two other customers there and i had never caused a scene. So long story short i was kicked out twice as a paying customer because they were stressed out at work and started making bad decisions.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
