Last time it was ice cream, which may as well have been a shake. I have no earthly idea how the employees feel comfortable sending out anything like this. For the price you're charging on the delivery apps, which is more than in the store... You should take better care of the orders. And please don't act like it's the distance of the travel, I live 10min from this location, frozen items don't get this warm from that short drive. It's YOUR issue alone, nobody else's. Do better!
