We loved her personality and she did such a great job with our cake, meeting our timelines, and addressing any questions and asks. Not only did we love the design, the confetti cake and ice cream was delicious (highly recommend the confetti cake as it was very moist). In summary, our interaction with Deb is what has made us loyal customers to Baskin Robbin’s and also this store. We look forward to more celebratory cakes from her in the future and appreciate the culture and personality she brings to her store. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly and being so personable. She really made his 5th birthday very memorable. She also went out of her way to do a great job and ensure our requests were completed. She really has a customer first attitude and you can tell by how passionate she is with her job. Although we had one hiccup, she quickly addressed it and we greatly appreciated that. The store says my order had been picked up by a woman, the uber app said a man was in store trying to pick up my order. I called a few times and the young man who picked up was talking really fast and trying to get me off the phone. The uber driver barely spoke English so I couldn't talk to him. I believe the store gave my order to the female driver who then took off witb the order. I didn't appreciate how the young man handled the situation. I look forward to speaking to the manager (Deborah Tues-Sat) if that's even the real information. I'm just trying to get to the bottom of how something like this could happen. Uber wouldn't let me cancel the order for over 90 minutes if I wanted a refund. I hope the uber driver enjoyed my daughter and her friends $40 worth of ice cream.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
