  Here are my last THREE trips to what used to be my favorite ice cream for many years. First they were out of hot fudge, 2nd time no whip cream both of which was a little annoying. However, this last trip was the WORST I asked the lady behind the counter if she had those two items before I ordered and was excited she said yes! Now you have to understand BR has been my favorite ice cream place since I was a kid and I Always order the Same Thing...So I am versed on what a Two Scoop Sunday looks like! This one had extremely small scoops and hot fudge over only one scoop of ice cream I asked her for more to cover the second scoop.. which were Side by Side in the cup instead of stacked... if you eat Sundays you will know how small these two scoops were to sit like that ... she said it is another dollar.. it was not even on the bottom it was only on one side of the cup!! So I said yes it needs more.. she added a little more. Put the laddle back and asked if I wanted more ... I told her not for another dollor...I paid over $8 and asked why the scoops are so small she simply pointed to the menu said nothing ... Ok ...I know the menu well... as I turned to the door... she said have a nice day and just dont come back in an overly friendly voice .. Terrible experience, worst Ever!! Even with extra hot fudge there is less than what is on there normally.I am literally looking at this pathetic litle Sunday.. I am really so disappointed This is a Great location!! Please get better staff! BR!

  I came to the BR at this location on Saturday evening at 9:15 PM. It says it’s open until 10. As I walk in the lady working is putting away half of the ice cream from the display cases. I asked her if they were open. She said yes. I asked her if they have Chocolate Chip? Yes says no. I look at the menu on the app for this location and it clearly says you do have it. I am guessing that she put it away and doesn’t want to get it back out. I would give you no stars if I could.

  Don't shop at this BR. The managers are incompetent and the owner is to cheap to care about the workmanship of their cakes. They cut back on ice cream scoops for milk shakes. It's hot in their store and some how certain flavors are melted in the case. Health Department needs a visit which will be my next visit to file a complaint

  A cake was purchased on 12/11 for a Birthday that was going to be celebrated on the LV Strip. The cake was taken with us and held in the hotel room in the suite..We celebrated the birthday throught the day and night and came back to the suite at 2am after having fun. We got ready to cut the cake and noticed the order was wrong. We ordered a chocolate cake with Strawberry Ice Cream and got a Vanilla cake instead. I contacted the West Flamingo location in the morning when it opened and the sales associate told me the manager will be in later to call back then because she worked at two locations. I sent an email to corporate which forward the email to the owner. I called later that day at 4pm and spoke to the manager and told her that our cake order was wrong. She offered to give me a Senior Discount on another purchase because the cake was cut into. So I told her that wasn't going to work I told her I had majority of the cake it was wrong and she told me I needed to bring it back uncut with nothing missing to return it. Where does it say that if BR is the one who makes a mistake it's the customers fault. I will not be ordering from this location again. You should not be in business if a $60 cake is going to make or break your business to do things right and sell with integrity and not have a customer haggle you. Oh and the name was spelled wrong too

  I placed a order online a day before I picked it up for a event. Turns out that the manager who is in charge of the cake never saw my order that costed me 50$, the employee claims that they just saw the online order the day I picked it up and offered me to pick it up the next day. I can’t pick it up the next day if my event was that one day before. I don’t see the point of picking it up the next day. This is ridiculous.
