  The ice cream is fine, but I've lost count of the number of times I've been here and they're all out of something I wanted to order.

  Similar to others' experience, the store has an off smell and likely needs the fridge air filters to be replaced, cause it smells like mildew. Also, I picked up a milkshake today, and it was 90% milk... there was no ice cream flavor whatsoever, this is the third time this happened with this employee, like BRUH just look at the recipe book next to the blender, you gotta add ice cream to make a milkshake. This location is pathetic, just take 5-7 more minutes and drive to the sahara location that actually has standards.

  The banana split menu says you get 3 wet flavors with 3 scoops of ice cream. The employee said we had to pay an extra dollar for pineapple and strawberry wet topping. She said the only flavor we could get is hot fudge sauce on all three scoops. This is not a banana split, this is a banana royal. She couldn’t even put the lid on the banana split with her nails so long, so she asked me to put the lid on. I should’ve told her that would cost her a dollar. I also ordered a two scoop sundae and the scoops were so tiny they didn’t even reach the rim of the small cup. This is the last time I spend my money here, I will never come back. I’ll go to Yogurtland across the street.

  Never coming to basket robbins again. I ordered a customized cake for my spouse. I wrote on the special instructions what I would like for it to say on the cake. Noone from that location called me or update me about my order. I had to constantly call and check myself. You would think if they don't call everything might be fine. However that wasn't the case. This location didn't even follow my request. What was the point of me writing a note for special instructions if your not going to follow them. I asked for the cake to say happy Unborn day for my husband since he doesn't believe in the word birthday. However this location ignored my notes and wrote whatever they wanted on my husbands cake that I paid for. They wrote happy birthday. Nowhere on the notes did I say to say happy birthday. This is not right. I paid for a customized cake that didn't even have it the way I requested it. I complained to corporate about this matter because I have pictures and proof they did this on my husbands cake and the store manager hasn't even called me back about the matter. What terrible service. I also got stuck with the cake because I remind you it takes 24 hours to customize the cake. So the fact the messed up and I got home to realize it. It couldn't be fixed it was too late. You basically ruined my husbands cake by not following instructions. I will call corporate again and tell them to involve district manager since store manager wants to ignore me
