- RRRiseNov 17, 20255.0I have on two separate occasions ordered ice cream for my fiance who loves the nutty coconut which isn't an available option on Doordash. Both times I've called and spoke with Nevaeh and Eric they both went above and beyond with swapping out for my ice cream of choice. I pray this gets to the right person to give them both a raise! They were so pleasant and its just ice cream!

For the last 35+ years, she has gotten the same birthday cake from Carvel: all chocolate ice cream cake with crunchies and hot fudge in the middle and on top. There are no Carvels out in Vegas so I went to this store to see if they could do something close. I asked the "kid" if he could make an all ice cream cake. He asked who I thought was the designer (who had headphones on and was watching a video) if they could do it. She said yes. Then I asked about putting Oreo crumbles in the middle and he said they were out. Then I asked about the hot fudge in the middle, he said yes they could do it. So I paid $60 for this cake. I went and picked it up on Friday the 12th. Whoever was working that day was rude. I took the cake home and we open it for my mom's birthday and it is one level with ZERO hot fudge ANYWHERE. I KNOW they aren't Carvel, that is why I asked if they could do it. If they couldn't, they should have called or told me and not charge me $60 for a cake that was worth maybe $25, throw in a little more for labor. Very disappointed

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
