I was greeted by big puffs of Marijuana smoke by 2 employees watching a phone sitting outside the front door. Made my way inside to ask for Horsey sauce and Arby sauce, and instead of just getting a couple packets, I got “what, there wasn’t any in the bag?” After dropping the packets on the counter in front of me, she seemed less than pleased to give me a couple packets of sauce. What an experience, I think I’ll pass next time, while the employees puff puff pass.

They will not acknowledge your existence. Every time I have to pickup here I have issues. 20+ minute wait time, because they purely focus on drive thru.
- JHJennifer HNov 15, 20253.0Arby's has good food, but this particular location is so freezing inside the dining area that no one wants to stay inside and eat. Also, the manager doesn't seem to have any control over how freezing the dining room is. But the people who work there are very nice and if you are taking the food to go, it's okay.
