As a kid I also enjoyed watching the machine slice the roast beef into thin slices. Decades later, I still love Arby's. I also LOVE the deli sandwich. When the deli sandwiches first came out, I bought several to feed the friends who had come together to help out and support one of our friends whose Mom had suddenly passed. They were surprised when I walked in with their meals and to discover Arby's deli sandwiches. They raved about how delicious they were. I ate one the other night, but still eat the classic roast beef sandwich. Arby's is a favorite choice,!

Absolutely disguised with this franchise, the owner should be ashamed. This is NOT the Arby's way!!!

They refused or wouldn't help with the app not working, for our deals and coupons. The app said this store was closed an hour before closing, and they still wouldn't help with any discount or deal, even after showing the deals to the employee. I was told no management available to step in and help us. Then after paying full price for the food, it was disgusting and not even edible. Fries were hard and old, roast beef had a weird funky coating and color to it, the cheese was disgusting tasting. Huge disappointment between the rude staff, bad food, and the app being non functional,and overpriced food,no shakes available, this was just unacceptable in all aspects.
