Khayra would not even answered questions when asked. Ended up throwing meal away. 4 people sitting in front of me, were also complaining about could tough meat being served. If this is what we can expect as customers, location needs to be closed.

Employees standing around talking letting the alarms on the fryers go off and them just laughing tables not so clean. Wait time for food longer then other locations. Employee taking the orders was short and kind of rude. Seemed like he didn't want to be there. It was not even really busy it was Thursday and after 2pm so past lunch and way before dinner rush.
