However the wait time was a bit long for one sandwich and some fries. I shouldn't have to wait for 10min in a drive through when im the only person in the drive through.

They made me pull Forward after telling me they needed more time to complete my order, had me wait five minutes, then came out and told me they put the wrong amount of mozzarella sticks in the fryer then yet AGAIN made me pulled to the front of the store to wait for my food. When I got my food, everything was called except for two mozzarella sticks. As a longtime customer, it’s sad to see the quality of this location suffer. It’s one thing to mess up, but they messed up three times and gave me cold food. Then I asked for a dessert or a drink to compensate the 20 mins they had me waiting and the manager said no and rolled his eyes.
