The self checkout people are always great. I'm deducting points for their recent decision to close one of their entrances to customers, which tends to be a huge inconvenience to me. The one entrance is always congested and means walking a lot of extra steps.

Shepherd and Chris are absolutely my two favorite employees. Both men always have a great attitude, are polite, and knowledgeable about their craft. If you have any questions or special requests, they accommodate you without an issue. These two guys deserve to be recognized for their excellent work.
