With the exception of an older woman (I believe her name is, Linda) who worked the deli, we have been met with some unwelcoming employees. Linda told us about a month back that she loves seeing us come into the store. She was extremely kind and was helpful. For her to notice us and make that comment shows how often we shop there. Today we decided to walk out and spend our money elsewhere. Albertsons is a clean store, but for the amount of money we spend we will not tolerate rude employees. 9 times out of 10 we will run into an employee who does not want to help. Even if asking to be pointed in the right direction NOT asking them to take us to the item, but to point us in the right direction. You speak and they don’t speak back. My husband asked about green beans and was met with a serious attitude. The man’s snide remarks and him walking away not wanting to help, instantly left a sour taste in our mouths and was the final straw. We decided to leave everything and shop at Smith’s where we will continue to shop. We’re new to the area and have been shopping at Albertsons for about 7 months, but today ended all of that. Linda deserves 5 stars.

Stopped by the deli and the female employee was rude and totally racist towards me as she did not want to serve me. I brought it up to the store Manager attention. I believe it is the culture of this location and Albertson to train their employees to only serve the entitle people living around the area.
