I had to hang up cause my husband discovered our groceries were sitting on our neighbors doorstep. Hayden called me back and I told him we found our groceries. He was so nice and genuinely cared about my concern. I truly appreciate great customer service. Thank you so much Hayden!

An employee named Ryan, who appeared to be a manager, aggressively came out of the back area pushing a shopping cart at high speed and slammed it into the center aisle, which startled me. When I looked at her out of surprise, she responded by snorting at me and giving me a dirty look instead of apologizing. After my personal experience, I then witnessed her belittling another employee on the sales floor. This behavior was unprofessional and should have been handled privately, behind closed doors, not in front of customers. I’ve shopped at this Albertsons for over 15 years and have never experienced this level of rudeness or lack of professionalism. Completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership role.

I love the products that’s why I shop here all the time but when it came to returning an item the manager started talking about it being “Above his pay rate” that he could only give me gift cards. Me having the card I used to purchase it and the receipt on hand! Just because it was over $200. I get some people complain about their pay rate but I’m a simple customer. Along with that the cashiers kept talking about them not being trained properly. Two cashiers. Sadly the treatment was terrible. Smiths it is!
