- JGJayden Graham1 day ago1.0I shop at this location very frequently as it is close to where I live and i’ve always found the staff to be helpful and pleasant Unfortunately during a recent visit I experienced poor customer service from a bakery worker named Angie I was in the store with my wife and needed to ask a question about a bakery product At the time Angie was loudly complaining behind the counter about what appeared to be another employee I waited until she was finished before approaching her but when I did she was very dismissive and had a very negative attitude Very disappointing as the rest of the staff here is always helpful and patient when I have any sort of questions

Vegetables always fresh and displayed nicely. Know most employees there, maybe don’t always remember names. Most are kind and willing to help anyone with anything store related. I was just in there last night, New Year’s Eve. Needed a few grocery items and was also picking up some alcohol as I was have some relatives over. They were a bit busy to be Expected.. I was carded for my alcohol. I mean I get it, LAWS! 2 days earlier I was returning from my son’s PhD graduation in Fort Collins, Colorado. We went through TSA and somehow my drivers license disappeared on the conveyor belt in one of the bins. they were rushing me, and I didn’t have time to put it back into my wallet.. So my ID was lost, within seconds!! I’m waiting for a new one. Should be here in a couple of days. The point is they denied me. I’m 69 years old. At what point does it just get stupid. These people know who I am they probably see me two, sometimes three times a week. I left all my groceries and walked out of the store. I didn’t have that many so it’s not like they had to put a lot back. Really hurt my feelings and made me feel insignificant as a Regular Shopper At the store. I made up my mind I won’t be coming back. I had no control over what happened to my ID. It just really shows that Regular People /Customers don’t matter anymore. Sad it has come it this. Smiths, Trader Joe’s and Walmart will be seeing more of me.
