The store was empty when i called back to check so he hung up because he is lazy . I came in today to speak to the manager Heather. She did in an astounding job and apologizing to us and even offered us gift cards . shout out to Heather for her customer service.

On my first visit, I was incorrectly charged for brown sugar syrup pumps. When I questioned the charge, the barista rolled her eyes and stated that’s how she was taught. On a later visit, I ordered a Dragon Drink with no ice and was told the cup would not be filled because of that request. When I explained that this was not standard, I received the same dismissive response and was told it was per management. When I asked for the barista’s name and to speak with a manager, she initially refused to provide her name and only offered to “just do it” instead of addressing the concern. I had to speak with the store manager to obtain her name and request follow-up. My contact information was taken, but I have not received any response. This situation reflects a clear lack of proper training and customer service. Kyrie needs to be retrained on Starbucks policies and professional customer interaction. I hope management addresses this to prevent continued issues for customers.

If they ever leave, my review will no longer be based on newbies Luckily they both have been there for awhile and what difference they make to other grocery pharmacies, Costco, Chain Pharmacy stores Easy, convenient while shopping, best prices if you use Gold RX, and they will take the time to evaluate your Gold RX va Insurance RX plan to get the best price !!!
