A separate time I asked her to hold my basket while I ran to the car to get my wallet and SHE HAD A STAFF PUT EVERYTHING BACK. not even 5 minutes of waiting. Today she was completely rude enough to make me call and complain. Bianca is intentionally awful.

I don’t understand the purpose of providing an inspiration photo and detailed instructions if they are not followed. I requested an all dark green cake with gold sprinkles on the sides, “Happy Birthday” written in a lighter green, and vintage/fancy-style piping along the borders and sides. The only limitation that was communicated to me ahead of time was that the cake might not be able to be made heart-shaped. At no point was I informed that the piping style or frosting details would be different from what was requested. While the cake was green (lighter than expected, but manageable), red flowers were added without my approval, and none of the requested vintage-style designs on the sides were included. I want to note that the woman who took my order was extremely friendly and made a genuine effort to include as many details as possible on the order slip for the baker. Unfortunately, despite this, it seems the baker chose to do something different than what was requested. Because it was too late and I needed the cake for the birthday party, I ended up taking it anyway, but the experience was still frustrating. I would not recommend ordering custom cakes here. The previous baker/decorator did an excellent job in the past, which set high expectations that were not met this time.
