Needed assistance at self checkout, meanwhile two employees stood not 5 feet away chatting, I asked 3-4 times for help, then hit the help button, to which one employeee finally responded. Then literally no help, ended up walking out without even buying my items. I know good customer service is hard to find these days but come on. I have never been an Albertson's shopper and I certainly won't start now but I do want to say, at least for the customers you do have...DO BETTER!!
