The first is that the ice cream freezers are wonky. There is often obvious melted and refrozen ice cream in the freezers. There is also a problem when an item is sold as a Managers Special with a red sign listing the reduced price. This reduced price is often not entered into the computer system so when the item is scanned by the checker the full price is charged. I have learned the hard way that I have to advise the checker of the Managers Special reduced price. It happened again today on some MacIntosh apples. Last month the same thing happened on some Hormel lunch meat which was supposed to be a half off Managers Special. The checkers and the customer service clerks know of this problem but it still persists. It should not be that difficult to repair this pricing system glitch.
