- CNconnie navarNov 17, 20252.0I shop here all the time. I love the pharmacy. But, today I went in and when to self check out. I had 2 items. One was french bread and the other was corn on the cob. While checking out, the register flagged the help of staff for the corn. When the clerk came I mentioned to her I was unsure why, it was just corn. She had to clear the code, which she did, then again it wouldn't let be process the corn. I asked her if she could clear it again. She became upset and said "im going on my break ask her " and pointed at some one else. She was right next to me. She, did help me, but was so unprofessional. I couldn't not believe it. If you know you are working with the public, try and be a little more professional. Kindness goes a long way. I have never had a problem with this store before this.

- TVTyleen ValdezOct 15, 20251.0I wanted to start off by saying that I shop at this location on a weekly basis and have never had problems with staff until tonight (10-15-25). As I was waiting in line at self checkout the employee that was assigned to that area was standing there making very loud and rude comments about customers who "just stand there instead of moving". I believe this was directed at my family due to the fact that we weren't able to use the open register as we needed cash back. The associate continued to stand there talking very loudly to his co-workers while other customers were in need of assistance. The customer in front of me was in need of assistance with a gift card and had to flag down a different employee since the one assigned to self checkout wasn't paying attention. Every customer that asked him for help he had an attitude with them as if they were the problem. I love shopping at this location but employees like this are what makes customers not want to shop in stores.
