- RBRose BakerDec 31, 20251.0While going through the checkout line being assisted by cashier Esther (she was awesome) she had to call her manager over for assistance. The manager Carleen Klevanosky came over to assist and the cashier told her she needed assistance cancelling the transaction. I began to speak and the manager Carleen raised her voice at me and cut me off by saying, I’m not speaking to you, I’m speaking to my cashier. Then she abruptly walked away and ignored me and her cashier. I began to tell her I don’t appreciate her speaking to me disrespectfully when I’m trying to explain that I just needed a coupon. She rushed into her office to avoid speaking to me or even apologizing about how she disrespected me. The cashier made it seem like this is a normal thing. Absolutely disgusting behavior by a manager that is supposed to be leading her team on the busiest day of the year!

- CNconnie navarNov 17, 20252.0I shop here all the time. I love the pharmacy. But, today I went in and when to self check out. I had 2 items. One was french bread and the other was corn on the cob. While checking out, the register flagged the help of staff for the corn. When the clerk came I mentioned to her I was unsure why, it was just corn. She had to clear the code, which she did, then again it wouldn't let be process the corn. I asked her if she could clear it again. She became upset and said "im going on my break ask her " and pointed at some one else. She was right next to me. She, did help me, but was so unprofessional. I couldn't not believe it. If you know you are working with the public, try and be a little more professional. Kindness goes a long way. I have never had a problem with this store before this.
