Shout out to the lady who showed up to help me; she did not only give me a refund for the entire cake but also gave an additional $25 gift card. I hugged her twice she was simply sweet her name was Katherine I think. This is the first and last time I order a custom cake from this location.

They pretend they don’t see you while you wait right in front of them. When you call to ask about your cake they just reply yes without knowing exactly what your order is just to get you off the phone sooner. You would think working at a bakery you would see some smiles.
