I witnessed Ms.Aldrich going back and forth between register and customer service desk trying to deal with customers and a very unhappy customer who was shouting at her being very disrespectful. Im watichin this thinking when is this lady (Ms.Aldrich) going to just snap and tell the lady causing a sceene to get out! she handled it graciously and i said to myself i need to go talk to her and compliment her. i learned who she was and i really wanted more people to know about her and her conduct. She handled that tough situation like a true professional. Too often times its when we do something wrong someone wants to speak up however this needs to be recognized.
