When I’m checking myself out the store personal that we’re standing there watching everyone check themselves out walked up to me to notify me that I was doing it wrong. I had a cart full of groceries and wanted to be done and out. I don’t remember receiving any training or a handbook on how to do their job!!! So if you don’t like how I’m doing your job! Maybe you should do it!! They have employees just not to ring customers up. We work hard and spend good money here the least you can do is having a properly running store. What happens to 3s a crowd? Or customer service?!?!

Usually I don’t have a problem with this place but I went in last night and I get it it’s late bathroom was closed whatever but I’m with my elderly mother so she can’t wait too long and I was gonna ask how long they were gonna be closed and this lady with a bad Bob didn’t even give me the chance to walk over and ask and just told me bathrooms closed. 🙄 I’m sure they deal with a lot especially homeless I’ve worked in retail before it’s stressful but that was rude. Everything else here is awesome just some customer service issues!

Joe that works in pick up and go is amazing employee he was kind and caring he Went above and beyond when he was helping me, he was so polite solve my problem super fast and was so sweet and caring love how his attitude was. I just can’t say enough about him how sweet and caring he was and this was my first time at that store because of him I am going to keep my business over there and I hope one day I can meet him. Thank you very much Joe you’re the very best person the stores need more of you. Your so awesome keep been the way you are sweet and caring and amazing. JOE IS THE BEST.
