  Thank you for taking time out of your day to read my review for Albertsons at Pecos McCloud and East Desert Inn. The store is clean and well stocked and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are two team members in particular that I want to praise "Jenn" cashier and "Rhonda" customer service counter. On every encounter they have made me feel important and special! Excellent customer service skills ladies! Keep up the awesome job! James Roth (Eddie Brooks is my neighbor...I'm using his cellphone temporarily) US Navy Veteran ⚓

  I've gone to this location off and on for several years. The area has become a little more sketchy lately but the store itself is clean and well taken care of. I can usually find what I need here even though it's not as large as some other locations. The meat counter personnel are always friendly and give you the best of what they have stocked. Even tips on unadvertised in-store sales! Parking lot can be a bit chaotic at times. I've used the pickup service there and it went very well with a quick in and out. There was a brief time there was an employee that was not so nice and I talked to the manager. He was extremely responsive and I noticed this person was gone really quickly. The employee today helped me twice at self checkout and couldn't have been more lovely. I didn't even get a chance to ask for help the second time, she just saw me looking confused and came over! I have no reservations about using this location when I'm in the area.

  Great store well laid out, pharmacy was very helpful n knows how to give a shot. ☺️.

  This location is absolutely nice. The manager should be proud. It's always super clean. The staff is friendly and fun. They usually remember their customers. Most of the time, you can do a quick checkout. The pharmacy is super nice as well. They communicate very well with the customers. They are kind and always answer any questions you may have.

  Sat 11, 2025: 7:50p Employee Estela L. I’ve been coming here over 12yrs. I will not forgive Estela’s atrocious behavior at self check out. That evening I was helping an elderly gentleman in a wheelchair check out his few items instead of him waiting behind the 3 full carts at the only checkout they had open. We almost finished his order when Estela grabs my cart that was beside me and says, “you have too many items.” I told her,”I’m helping this gentlemen right now.” She snips, ”I’ll help him but you have too many items and need to go to the line.” I say, “ok he has to type in his number now.” I grab my cart and go to the other self check out, there is nobody else there in all 4 checkout mind you. I don’t even know the “limit” because I’ve checked out whole carts here no problem. This night I had 20 or so. She huffs,”Mam! You have too many items go to the other line you have too many items.” I explain to her that I like to see my coupons and discounts as I check out. (Coupons and discounts don’t always work) and I don’t even know the limit of items. she points at the sign that says 15 so I start to walk over and see the full line, I decide to put some items out of my cart onto one of the empty checkout counters. I go back to where I was gonna checkout with 15 items now. The end of my order I need her for a 50% off item. I say, “excuse me.” She doesn’t even look at me and says, “I told you to go to the other line! I’m not helping you. I’m calling my manager.” I say, “mam, I put items back, and there isn’t anybody else here. I don’t understand why you’re doing this. I just need you to do the coupon.” She’s now on her cell phone to manager and won’t even look at me She’s telling “I went behind her back and tried checking out too many items.” Another employee, witnessing this, apologizes to me. I apologize back and leave. I left everything there. This is unacceptable behavior from an employee and annoying that I can’t get a hold of the manager myself. That is why I am leaving this review so this can be addressed. Even so, I’m not going to shop here again
