I am a Doordasher so I got an order to be picked up so I go to the stall and call like it says to do on the sign. Now this is my first time at this Albertsons picking up an order. After calling the number about 4 times. I just take my phone and go to the door. I get asked were you the one calling yes I was about 4 times. Then I get told that I have to park and come pick up the order and thats how it works there. Well okay but when I drove up I saw two different orders being put into other peoples cars. I saw this same person putting orders in the cars. Now I realize that I am overweight and a woman and that causes problems with some people. But this is the first Albertsons I have ever had to go get my order. So I am just trying to figure out what was going on. All the others you call they bring your order if thats not how it works at this store then the signs need to be taken out that say pickup and take the numbers off of them too. So you are not wasting your dash time trying to get somebody to help you.

I’m not gonna personally identify anybody working there cause I wouldn’t want them to do it to me, but let’s just say the customer service is less than Car. It was out of control. He came up to my brother and said he’s been kicked out of there before he never has been They then they have good produce, but everything else in their prices are extremely higher than Smith’s. I would definitely say if you could find a Smith’s shoe Smith’s only go there for banana cream pie and nothing else and maybe there’s vanilla ice cream ice cream in fire but everything else and the donuts if you get one free fruit special also if you have EBT, you could get cold drinks at Starbucks so they’re really not that bad but the customer service is horrible but the corporate is great. Well their pricing is great. Have a good selection of things anyways three people wrote this review this kind of mixed it. Have a nice dayoverall is cheaper and better.

What a great grocery store! It is organized well, easy to locate items, clean and had helpful employees. I'll definitely get the app to save a bundle & remember that the 1st Monday of the month gives senior shoppers an extra 10% off-just for being on the older side of life! What's not to love about this store!

I just want to personally thank Nikki, works up front, self checkout. Ya-kno, Albertsons is never my first choice for groceries, no. Besides it being more expensive than it's competitors, the customer service isn't always on point. (There was actually an article online recently about grocery stores with the worst service. Yes, sorry, Albertsons made the list. Lol. I noticed, however, when the workers r older, u usually get better service.) I've been assisted by her on 2 separate occasions. Both times she went above & beyond to serve me. I thought 2 myself: this kind of attention & assistance is worth paying extra for. She is generous, offering me a bottled water on a hot day as they tried to unfreeze my checkout computer. She understands how to treat people, what it means to be kind. Plz create a position 4 her (& others like her) to solely train the rest of ur staff on "excellent customer service." Put her in charge of that department. And pay her well. She deserves it more than the higher-ups.. and maybe eventually she'll rub off on them. Every corporation needs people like this in charge. Enough mediocrity & careless behavior. We give u our money. Make us want to spend it with u. Enough making the worst customer service list, Albertsons. And I speak for those who don't say it enough: well done, Nikki. Plz be proud of urself. Some1 raised u right. P.S. (inside joke) Pads don't belong in the produce section. Rearrangement, or not. LOL
