I ordered a Pollo Bowl combo with chips instead of tortillas and a large Horchata with LIGHT ice through the Drive-thru What I got was a Pollo Bowl with tortillas, a large lukewarm Horchata with NO ICE and it tastes watered down like its been diluted with tap water. AND NO FORK! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO EAT MY MEAL?! I parked and went inside to get my fork and ask about the chips and stood at the counter with no one else in line and got told to "wait" after waiting for 7-8 minutes with no one helping me, I even overheard the drive-thru worker boast about how they put "two fast people together so mistakes will happen but its fast so its fine" I left because I was already late for work and at that point frustrated with the entire experience. I am EXTREMELY unhappy with my experience and this will make me think twice about returning to this location.
