  I usually don’t leave comments but today I will because this is very unprofessional this location opens at 9:30 I get there at 9:42 I’m waiting in the lobby at the register two Latina girls are in there completely ignoring me nobody spoke to me Nobody said give us a second they just talking moving around like I’m not standing there I patiently waited still nothing now I’m getting annoyed because I drove all the way there it’s the closet one to me and I’m in a rush Finally some girl come from the back and says we are not open I stand there looking confused so I ask why are all the doors unlocked and open then it’s 9:41 and you guys open at 9:30 she simply says the doors are broke and we are opening at 10:00 today So as I walk out and get in my car she comes outside and locks all the doors I guess to make sure nobody else comes in so now I’m rushing trying to find another location I can get food from and I don’t appreciate this because I had no time to wait for them to decide to open You guys have to do better be more professional treat your job as if it’s your career and you are getting paid 100k speak to your customers smile have great customer service it’s very simple

  Literally every time we order, they can NEVER get the order right. For example, we simply ask for NO GUAC on our burrito. What’s on there every time? GUAC. It’s literally impossible for them to get any order correct. It sucks cause the food is good. But the service is a catastrophe

  No one in the restaurant at 11:50 in the morning on a Wednesday but it took 15 minutes to receive my small order of just one polo bowl. and then for some reason their scanner would not take my rewards QR code and then I asked for a cup of water and the dude at the counter couldn't understand one word of English so he had no idea what I was talking about. Frustrating.

  This is the 2nd time ordering delivery and order was messed up again Why is it so hard to grab the correct chips, either someone likes to be funny with someone's food or does not give any care in the world about their job. First time I had the salsa but no chips at all and now I get their version of fritos I go here in person during lunch time and I have zero issues but the evening shift doesnt care at all Edit after eating for 15 mins - i now have zero confidence in their evening crew...Just found plastic wrap in the mac and cheese

  Your drive thru line wait time SUCKS!! Over 40 minutes of waiting now, and not even at the window to pick up our food! Come on.....get on it already!! I have a life to live outside of this bullcrap!
