  Ordered twice delivery from here both times got my order wrong and left out the salsa wrong burrito no salsa do not order delivery on top of it door dash has also lost a customer as they refused to compensate for providing the qrong food for my money. Smfh

  I have been coming to this El Pollo Loco for more than 10+ years, and I have never had an issue with any of the staff but today was particularly notable. The food is always good and staff is friendly especially in the afternoon but I went in today to get lunch, 03/17/2026 @ 3:00PM, and the staff were incredibly rude, they looked so bored and like they did not want to be there. The two women looked like they wanted to go home. My order number got called and I got 4 sauces, 2 green and 2 pico de gallo, I asked if i could trade the 2 pico and she gave me a look as if she was irritated at the fact that I asked for 2 more green sauces. I've never had an issue with asking for more sauces but I guess today was a day she wanted to act as if the sauces came out of her paycheck. My friend did a separate order from me and he got the same attitude from the woman at drive thru/order pick up station. I really don't understand why El Pollo Loco is being so stingy with their sauces considering the fact that it probably costs them little to nothing to make them especially with their higher prices. I really didn't like the fact that these employees had an attitude with us, it really rubbed me the wrong way especially since me and my family have been coming to this location for more than 10 years. They really need to retrain their staff in customer service because that simply was not acceptable. I hope the next time I come back they aren't like this and being stingy with sauces.

  Norma y Roman están pendientes de todo siempre que voy... pollo recién salido de la parrilla.. De verdad no es cualquier lugar .. Este pollo loco es otro nivel !!
