We got here around 8am and there was a line, but to our surprised it moved quickly. There are two ways to order - via kiosk or counter. The wait time was under 5 minutes and our food came out warm and filling. Give it a try.

Biggest issue was we did not get one of the items we ordered (good thing we checked before we left), staff told us they were out of that item. Then they offered a substitute or refund our money. Seriously!?! They let me order something they don't have, don't give it to me, and don't tell me. Willing to let me walk off with an incomplete order. We were not happy

The kiosk also doesn’t offer all the menu options. I wanted a plain bagel with cream cheese and lox, something they clearly offer, yet you cannot order it on the kiosk. Then i had to pay extra separate and get a “side” of lox to add to my bagel. There are not many breakfast options in the Excalibur so they are badly under-staffed.

No switching gloves or washing hands. Then when our food was up we were missing a burrito and my order was completely wrong. Very disturbed and annoyed.
