  I went in recently sometime this week to pick up an order for me and my bf. And while I was in my car I had wanted to get a head start on eating my sandwich I see a short blonde hair. I go inside to throw my sandwich away because that’s super gross. While throwing away my sandwich I see the manager (I at least assume it is since he was wearing a maroon shirt) but he doesn’t even have a hat or hairnet. And it’s like oh my goodness when I worked in fast food no matter how long or short our hair was we had to wear some sort of hat or hairnet. I find it very very disgusting and on top of that while I was waiting for my food I saw him on his phone and then he immediately went back to making food. Which if I’m being honest is pretty gross. But yeah I’ll be going to another Einstein from now on.

  The tables were not wiped off when I asked for the tables to be wiped off he wiped them off and they were very wet. I then had to get napkins and wipe it off. And I'm still here an hour later and he did not wipe the rest of the tables. Not coming again to meet any business friends.

  Fast service and friendly staff. Good selection of bagels and schmears. I like the flavored coffee!

  Sighhhhhh where do I even begin I come here once a month sometimes even twice but as of recently I think I need to find another bagel place to eat. I get there sometime in the middle of the morning and I get my food after 5 minutes which isn't too bad. But that's not the reason im leaving this review. So I'm eating texting my husband and what not and all of a sudden I hear loud voices of course I look up and see that the manager is getting upset about something. But he's almost basically getting in the face of his coworkers. And it's like pal listen I understand that the day must be long and what not but thats no way to talk to your coworkers. The staff is great but that really hurt my heart to see them getting treated so poorly especially after what seemed like a long day.

  This location has gotten me sick multiple times. After eating a tasty turkey from this location, I got terrible food poisoning. Nonstop vomiting and diarrhea. Something is off with either how the food is stored or prepped. Everyone who works there is very nice, but the food will make you sick.
