I’ve been to other Einstein bagels in the past, and this was my first (and last time) at one out here in Vegas. For one, there were 3 workers when I came in - which was around 7:30 am on a Tuesday morning. It felt like I was watching 2 of the guys not knowing what they’re doing exactly and the one lady trying to cover registers and preparation. There was only a couple people before me and then a rush came of 6 more people after me. It took forever! I get it, it can get busy and being patient goes a long way. But then when I had my bagel - it was not worth it. The bagel was FLAT and it didn’t taste like it got baked all the way, also I asked for toasted and it barely was. I’d say save the trip and take yourself to Panera a bit further down.
