Eggslut is inspired by a true love for eggs. The menu is a balance of comfort and innovation, celebrating food that appeals to both novice and extreme foodies through classic comfort fare with a twist, all-encompassing the key ingredient, eggs.
Line is a bit excessive but the food is really good and the service is quick. I would recommend trying it for sure if you don’t mind the wait. Very tasty and some interesting options I’ve never had before.

The lines are long and it moves decently because the food comes out quickly. The coffee is strong and not as hot as I would like. The consistency of the eggs vary from slightly over cooked to under. The sandwiches are good and the hash browns are just fire. Thinking of getting a box of hash browns tomorrow morning. The restaurant has some seating outside in the hallway and it can be difficult to find table. Definitely try it of your in the area.

Eggslut in Las Vegas was… fine, but honestly didn’t live up to the hype. The food itself was okay—nothing bad, but nothing memorable either. For all the buzz this place gets (and the higher end cost), we were expecting something a lot more impressive. I was shocked to see this place listed on a lot of top breakfast spots to visit after eating there.
One positive: the line moved quickly, which was a pleasant surprise given how popular it is. That said, once we actually got the food, it just felt a bit disappointing.
What really stood out (in a very negative way) was the lack of recycling. Everything—including the glass jars my wife's food was served in—went straight into the garbage. We even asked about recycling the glass and were told you can keep the jar (really?) or thrown it out, which was so wasteful.
Overall, it’s not a bad stop, but definitely overhyped. For value and satisfaction, we’d take Earl of Sandwich over Eggslut any day—it’s not even close.

Nastiest egg salad I've ever had and the service was awkward the person taking our order didn't have any back and forth with us it was like they were talking to themselves to us. The tater tots were super hard and dry and the amount of arugula on my sandwich made me wonder if the person who made it hates the sandwich in general? I can't see who would ever order a sandwich and want that much green I like my salads, but not in my sandwich??
The experience here made me sad for sure.

I purchased two simple egg, bacon and cheese sandwiches and they were disgusting! They both had way too much ketchup! It was all we could taste even after whipping some of the it off with a napkin! We ended up reconstructing the sandwiches & even then the eggs were runny and it was just a waste of time and money! The 1 star was because the hash browns were good.
I definitely would not recommend this place. Don’t waste your money!
