Disgusting place, purchased food from them and opened our own bottle of water and were told to leave because we cannot bring food or drinks from outside. Should have returned your food in this case since we are not allowed to drink our water. Shame on such behavior no wonder it was empty

Good food, and great for a midnight snack or just any time through the day, however the customer service sucks.
Told a man who had his 2 young daughters who wanted something other than earl of sandwich as most kids do and the adults were getting earl of sandwich. The manager came over and told them the kids couldn’t eat their food there, as if the adults weren’t paying customers.
They as well took 5-10 minutes to serve us while waiting at the cash register.

Earl of Sandwich is such a reliable spot on the Vegas Strip, especially when you want something quick, fresh, and satisfying.
The sandwiches are made fresh to order and served warm, with great flavor and quality ingredients. It’s perfect for a quick bite in between exploring or even for a late-night meal after being out.
A great option if you’re looking for good food on the Strip without overthinking it.

My husband and I purchased 2 sandwiches and while we were waiting for our food, our 15 year old daughter was sitting at the table eating her food from somewhere else. She was approached by Julie, an employee, and she was yelled at, being told "no outside food, go to the food court" while she was sitting by herself while we were paying for our food. Not only is it completely unacceptable that our daughter was forced to leave and eat elsewhere, the food was horrible and lacked flavor. Dry bread. No seasoning on anything. On top of that, we asked for no lettuce on one of our sandwiches and lettuce was on it even though our receipt stated no lettuce. 0-10 rating. Don't recommend this place because of the lack of flavor and lack of morales and basic common human decency.

Julie is unnecessarily aggressive and argumentative!
She approached my minor child and asked her to leave because she had outside food (which she was not consuming). Just patiently waiting for me to order my food at your establishment. When I let Julie know we are waiting on our order she flipped her lid and tried walking me to the register to give me a refund. Which I didn’t ask for. She just wanted a fight where there was no fight. I was leaving since no outside food is clearly your policy.
