- ASAnlyn Soler5 days ago1.0Went in a couple of minutes ago. Tried to order a drink relating to their previous “Strawberry Colada” drink. I understand this drink isn’t specifically on the menu, therefore I got a similar order, which was a Large blended lemonade with Strawberry and Pineapple syrup, Coconut Milk and Strawberry popping pearls. I was charged for all of this, yet when I got to the window I was handed a Regular blended Large lemonade with pearls and none of the stuff I payed for. It is ridiculous that my order, that was double the cost of what they handed me, was messed up to this extent, especially after having to do a bit of a line as well. The lady who took my order did an okay job and was kind but the order was not completed correctly by their broistas. Honestly, I am more than disappointed and dissatisfied.

I don't know if she's having a bad day or what, but the vibe wasn't there. I'd only expect her to be better at her job at like everyone else, but I've been going to this establishment for a while and this is the first time in a long time that I get treated like that. Never again going back here, especially if that person is around terrible server... Zero star Michelin review! Though I do appreciate that one gentleman that actually kind of turned around the whole entire visit and experience. So shout out to you. Keep doing what you're doing and keep on moving on!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
