But today was by far the worst experience of all. The guy Riley didnt come out until late and didnt see the order of the cars until the last minute. I told him that I was next and he rudely told me he'll go in the order he chose. Then he rudely asked me if I'd like to speak to his supervisor. So many times being of black american decent we receive the worse service in the most simple situations and its tiring.

Several people in line were also upset by this and stated that it happens all the time. My pick up time was 10:37 and my order was ready at 10:55.

Unfortunately, I am disappointed with one of the latest reviews. Let’s keep comments about employees’ bodies out of this. If there’s a dress code concern, management can handle it. Talking about someone’s body like that is NOT okay. Why are you focused on their body? That’s not your business.

This place is not a sit-down coffee shop or café. It's mostly drive-thru with a few seating spots next to the building available for the patrons who want to enjoy the nice weather or some sort. The staff there were all super nice (hospitable) and patient. (Un)fortunately my family was ordering so many different stuff, the cars behind must have had to wait forever to get their orders. Our apologies. That's how good Dutch Bros stuff is.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
