  I had such a great experience at Dutch Bros, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Lashonda! From the moment I pulled up, she brought such positive energy and friendliness that it instantly made my day better. She was super patient while I decided on my order and even gave me some awesome recommendations. What really stood out was how genuine and upbeat she was—it didn’t feel like just customer service, it felt like she actually cared about making sure I had a good experience. My drink was made perfectly, and the whole interaction was quick, smooth, and just overall enjoyable. Lashonda is exactly the kind of person who makes people want to keep coming back. Dutch Bros is lucky to have her!

  This Dutch Location is so friendly and the atmosphere is amazing. The workers are very nice and friendly especially this one fav worker LaShonda. She is so sweet and bubbly, she always has a nice smile on her face. She remembers all my go to orders. They are lucky a bubbly person like her.

  I’ve never been to a Dutch bros and normally I try and avoid going new places because it makes me nervous not knowing what to get. I decided to go the other day because a lot of my friends have said it’s good. I was super nervous when it was time to order but the nicest young lady named Goldy took my order helped me so much! Goldy told me what she personally likes and the most popular drinks. She was super patient with me and helped me decide what drink I wanted. And the drink tasted amazing! I was super grateful I had Goldy taking my order and I will definitely be coming again!

  Dutch bros always looked busy and intimidating on my side of town (East side pride baby!). But I went and it was awesome. Had a cute little gal help me out- Goldie. She was so energetic. Walked me through what I would like and was patient. Coffee tasted great! She talked to me about the menu and we landed on a really good choice. Where was Goldie when I was that age? Haha.

  I am a long time Dutch Bros customer, but somehow have never left a review! Today was a sticker day so of course I was in a nice sized line on purpose lol. They busted that line out QUICK this morning and I like to give them shout outs at the window when they kick butt. Goldie let me know that I could do a google review, and I told her I would even remember her name because I have a Pothos named Goldie. She is also a plant lover and now we are best friends. ;) I know SOME Dutch stands seem like "just another coffee shop drive through" but Nellis does still have that Dutch Broista Magic that makes me keep coming back!
