- JTJanay Thomas4 days ago1.0This is my 1st bad experience here and usually it’s pleasant. Im in line for a pickup and the employee tells me to wait while the other hasn’t even done their order yet. Like the lines were clear, so why do i have to wait if the line is clear and i have a pick up order? The employee was a blonde with dark highlights (04/18/26 around 6:18pm). She wasn’t even nice about it; not the eccentric bubbly dutch bro experience Im use to. My suggestion…dutch bros on Ann… or go to SWIG on craig rd 👌✨

We quickly became regular customers and truly enjoyed building relationships with the staff members who first worked here. However, we have recently noticed a significant decline in the quality of service. On several occasions, the interactions at the pickup window have felt unprofessional; my husband has been greeted with phrases like, "yeah, what do you want?" and I have felt rushed while placing orders in the drive-through. Additionally, we have encountered consistent issues with the mobile ordering system. Despite the app indicating that our order is ready and instructing us to "come to the window," we have frequently waited an additional 10–15 minutes upon arrival. If the shop is short-staffed, we would appreciate more transparency. It would be much more effective to communicate those delays honestly or temporarily disable mobile ordering rather than providing inaccurate pickup times. We value this location and the team, and we hope to see a return to the high standard of service and communication we previously enjoyed. (yes I already emailed dutch bros support)

- BPBryanna PavlinacFeb 28, 20261.0Horrible experience I ordered a golden eagle blended with extra caramel and they give me something I didn’t even order I told them that this isn’t what I ordered they got a little attitude saying that’s not what was put in well I know what I ordered after waiting 45 mins I wasn’t going to sit there and argue with anyone about what I did and didn’t order just took the drinks and left I will just stick to Starbucks !

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
