- PSProfessional rating 5 starsApr 13, 20261.0Quite Frankly, this is the WORST DUTCH BRO’S I’ve ever been. I requested a hand blended water (I know it sounds like a weird request but I wanted something like a shake but with out the calories) they said they can’t do it because it could possibly brake there blender but please correct me if I’m mistaken but how can they make a hand blended carburetor with ice but they can’t do a hand blended water???? The service was not good because they didn’t make my hand blended water but the person who took my order was very nice and he said they could do it. But the guy at the window said they can’t…. Over all this is by fair the WORST DUTCH BROS IVE BEEN TO DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE !!!!!!!!!

After almost finishing my drink I looked at the bottom of it and there was stuff floating in my drink. Also partials in the ice. This is my favorite drink and something told me to look at the drink because it started to taste funny. They must not clean their ice machine. Or something. Very disappointed. Will not be returning. Please do something asap. Health hazard.

- BSBailey StewartApr 1, 20265.0Aiden is very friendly and always is making sure everything goes quickly and smoothly. This location is always quick to greet with smiling faces and great attitudes. I have had problems with my Apple Pay and they are kind enough to hand me my drink on the house. I have tried so many flavors of chai and have never been disappointed, they have helped me pick out flavors or soft tops to go with my drink. I’ve only waited 1 time for around 10 minutes for my drink and they had apologized for the wait every other time my drink is out in less than 3 minutes

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
